Bad customer service and company

I’m extremely disappointed with this company! I received damage sunglasses, it was scratches on and condition was so bad and very dirty! Looks like someone has been wearing that sunglasses for awhile it has some woman foundation stick on it which is so gross😞and I contacted them immediately when I received it to let them know a problem with that and I need a new replacement! I did shipped it back to them the next day after I received it. then today received an email from them that my return wasn’t good there is broken and scratches on it etc. they tried to blame it on me but sunglasses wasn’t in good shape since I received it from them anyway! Don’t recommended to anyone at all!! Please be avoid!! ( I have picture of sunglasses when I received it)
