No help from Customer Service

My frames arrived defective. Now they’re discontinued. My lens won’t fit any frame offered. Apparently I bought the last pair of their frames. It was obvious the template screw wouldn’t tighten or allow you to remove and replace it. I well, they got full price for their last pair. So, I’m stuck with no options. I would at least appreciate a partial refund for paying full price for defective frames. How about crediting me a
partial refund??
